"The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Hot water was a problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Since you advertise a yard, there should be something of interest in it. Perhaps that happens outside the winter months. Excellent value."

I highly recommend a stay here as it is located in walking distance to great shopping, dining, and various other entertainment options, and is comparable to most hotels in the area, but way better than staying in a hotel room. "The house has updated appliances, but not enough of the staples. There was no hand soap, no dish soap. There was only a single roll of toilet paper on hand and no extra trash bags. While walking to the parking spot we notice a hole we could have step in the previous night. It was deep and wide enough we could have gotten hurt. "
