Really liked this place and location in Indy. Can't go wrong. Plenty of food, shopping, and other offering nearby.

Great condo in Indy!

Property was very nice. Location was perfect for us - everything you could need nearby. Pool and fire pit area looks great but we were too busy to use them. Check-in was easy. Having W/D in unit was an added bonus! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Great place. Very comfortable and convenient. Grocery and restaurants very close. Beds comfortable and the in unit laundry was a plus. One of the beds was a little wobbly and I moved my smaller daughter in that room as I’m not sure it would handle an adult. Sis not get to check out the pool or other amenities as we were too busy.

Upon arrival, the key codes wouldn't work for the "main entrance" door. I called customer service but couldn't get through. Fortunately there was someone who was kind enough to let us in the building to get into the apartment. We had no issues with the door code entering the apartment. After getting in and getting settled I sent customer service a txt with almost an immediate response. Whomever i was dealing with was great. They sent over a new code for the main entrance door. That code worked and we were able to get in with no other issues. The beds were comfortable, apartment was clean, the complex was quiet and we had pleny of food/shopping close by.

Alternative to Grand Park expensive hotels!

Very nice property - had an issue with the smoke alarm - had to replace the battery (without a ladder!) - got reimbursed for battery purchase. Ran dishwasher twice - 1st time great - 2nd time good thing we were there - it started leaking terribly! Nice pool and friendly residents - grocery shopping and restaurants a-plenty.

I have stayed at one of these units before. The unit itself was great. They always have what you need, the beds are comfortable, the space is nice and comfortable and you feel safe. This time we had people above us that made quite a bit of noise. I don’t remember that previously. It was difficult trying to sleep and constant walking above us. The only other thing was the hallway smelled bad like dog. It was so bad my daughter and I had to plug our noses. The smell did not enter the unit. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the property is easy to access and the people who live in other units are friendly.
