"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Not only was it a close driving distance to Banff, but the hotel was in close proximity to downtown Canmore so we could walk everywhere easily! The rooms were clean and staff made sure to help with anything right away. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable.
The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis."

"There was no blinds in the livingroom for the pull out couch. We had to wipe the floor after spilling water and the paper towel came up so dirty. There was only 2 pool towels and the listing says “sleeps four”. There was a hair on the sheets in the bedroom and no cover on the duvet for the pull out. Overall felt unclean."

"We stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bath suite with a balcony, it had everything we needed.
The outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna were awesome after long days hiking!
The only thing I would have liked to see is a little market or restaurant on-site that could be utilized to grab things rather than running out to a grocery store, gas station, restaurant, etc."
