"The hotel was undergoing some redecoration but this did not detract from our stay. The room was already newly renovated and was very nice, much better than a typical budget hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast was good. No complaints at all, would certainly stay there again. "
"We had a one-night stay here in a family room. The room was very spacious and had all we needed (although no kettle), the shower room was tiny, but perfectly adequate for us. We checked in after reception was closed, but received detailed instructions and information about where to park (free on-street parking, about 5 mins walk away), so all very convenient. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - quiet, but an easy walk into the centre."
