"Hotel is great value for money, only down side is the fact there is no aircon - rooms become extremely hot. Breakfast is well worth the money Staff could not do enough for us"

"The HQ bar and restaurant is an excellent place to stay. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are clean and adequate, although like me you may be located in one of the sister hotels close by. The bar is well stocked and the staff are pleasant. The hotel is centrally located to reach the town centre, Nobles Park and Onchan."

"A great hotel right in the centre of Douglas. This is our third time in this hotel and every room we have had had been very clean and comfortable. There is a wide selection for breakfast whether a continental choice or a hot choice from the main menu. And what really makes this hotel it is the staff. Everyone we came across have been courteous, helpful and efficient"

"Well located hotel within five minutes walk of the ferry port. An old fashioned style B and B with seemingly new owners (Opul Group). Rooms are large but maybe a little in need of a refresh. Everything clean. Breakfast included which was surprisingly excellent. Buffet style but even catered for us as vegans which was amazingly welcome. Well located for the town centre, next door to wetherspoons which can be loud on a weekend, but no huge problem."
