"De locatie was pal op de hoek van een zeer druk kruispunt en de appartementen zijn amper geluidswerend dus alle verkeerslawaai was hoorbaar. De staat van de appartementen zelf was niet heel goed. De keukentjes waren extreem beperkt, en de appartementen zelf maakten een afgeleefde indruk."
