"Every room is beach facing! Laundry room was very useful, rooms very spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the night before and still were able to get conjoining rooms. Staying here next visit. "

"This property has so much potential as it is super close to the beach but during our stay we constantly requested to have our room cleaned and never did. We actually went to the cleaning staff and asked for sheets so we could change them ourselves. On the last day, we asked one more time for our room and bathroom to be cleaned, she made the bed with the same sheets and put new toilet tissue but did not clean the restroom or even mop and sweep the floor. "This property was the absolute worst and it looked nothing like the pictures shown. The location was disturbing because outside of the window was a group of drug heads with grocery carts full of junk. It was like 6 of them sitting on the side of a store smoking drugs. The hotel was not clean at all. One room smelled like old crawfish, the halls was full of stains and the beds as well. I was taking my kids out for spring break but this property is not anybody oriented. The only good thing about...

"pros: overnight front desk gentlemen very polite and he prepared a nice continental breakfast Due to our own personal matters, we arrived late night, so walking into a room with the strong stench of urine was somewhat frustrating... Pulling the sheets back to find multiple strands of hair and brown dirt/dust spots on the sheets left me speechless. Moved to another room that lacked the urine smell and brown spots on sheets but didn't fail to deliver the multiple strands of hair on top and...

"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "
