"The pool, sauna and hot tub areas were closed and we weren’t made aware of this ahead of time, which for us was significant because my husband is disabled and could not get to the up the hill location of the alternate location for the sauna, pool and hot tub. Additionally, the alternative location was open until just 15:00. Which didn’t work for my daughter who works remotely. So the trip we planned didn’t end up being the trip we planned. We were offered a refund of sorts, but a simple “heads up” would have been much preferred and would have saved our family birthday trip for my husband. The room was loud in that you could hear neighbors, but the view from our balcony and the hotel food was excellent."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff. They told us about the area and hotel facilities. The hotel is conveniently located a block from the train station and is about two blocks from the Chapel Bridge. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. "
