"The only negative issues of a lovely hotel was the horrible location of the elevator and fact that the large bright sign says La Quinta. We could not find a Country Inn, after looking all over it. Local phone number was not listed. Is it legal to turn local residents away? It should not be!"

"We went as a surprise trip for my lady’s birthday and the staff was friendly and accommodating even before we arrived. Securing our spa appointment was simple and since it was a surprise everyone made sure she wasn’t aware. She loved it. It’s great to see the town recovering. Even though Azalea is on site I was provided dinner recommendations for her special night as well as brunch options for the following day. We definitely plan to return in the summer for a family trip. "

"This hotel is amazing! The room and restaurants are everything you'd expect. The staff is always eager to offer assistance or make suggestions. Right in the middle of everything in downtown Asheville. Shopping? Right there. World class cuisine? You got it! Bar scene? Plenty to choose from. We dropped our car at the valet when we arrived and didn't need to get it back until we left. Nothing was further than a few blocks away. I can't wait to go back."

"Place was dirty, batteries were dead in the keypad on the room door so the guy at the desk gave me a regular key and said he would change the batteries in the morning. The key got stuck in the door. He still wanted to wait to change the batteries. There was so much hair in the bathtub drain the water took forever to drain out. Will not be back."
