"Really enjoyed the full kitchen. I work nights and had a really erratic sleep schedule before arriving…my room had zero windows and I slept for 12 hrs the first night. Staff was friendly, parking abundant. Loved the little bar off the lobby and the restaurant across the street had an oyster happy hour. Great experience overall "

"Well located hotel, close to Choo Choo and downtown area, with a free shuttle in between. Request a room facing inside, it feels "safer," event though the area is pretty safe. $12 daily parking rate, which is way less than any hotel in the area. Room was basic, but spotless, comfortable, water pressure was good. "

"We had a great stay at The Hotel Chalet in one of the train car rooms. It was really cool and I highly recommend - reminded me of how it must have felt to be riding across the British Empire in a dedicated train car. Everything was also very clean and in good order."

"Loved it! Beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful! Valet staff was exceptionally wonderful. Fresh waters in the car when delivered, trash taken out, just exceptional service. Dining was wonderful. Not sure I understand why the restaurant is closed on Mondays, but still a great experience. We will definitely stay again. "
