"The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. "When we arrived I stay demanded 100 Euros for a daily tax. They would not give us a receipt because they didn’t know how much the daily tax would be as it fluctuates on a daily based. The person at the front desk wasn’t able to articulate when we would know the city tax rate. Nor when the rate and total amount would be resolved. Please reply to this issue once it’s resolved. "Had to pay extra for breakfast but the room was already expensive. Mattress super uncomfortable, what amenities? It was a place to stay if you’re desperate but that’s it. Booked three nights but checked out after the first night already. Just not a great place, the area is also not that great. Wouldn’t recommend and would certainly not stay here again."

"Really lovely staff for check-in. We did not realise the reception is fully shut until 3pm, so we ended up sat outside but that wasn’t at fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of! There is a convenience store around the corner and is very close to the metro station. We found the location good and also affordable. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, slept well. Would definitely stay again if back in Berlin!"

"15 Uhr sollten wir einchecken können und standen dann mithilfe des Haupttürcodes im Gebäude, jedoch war unser Zimmer weder vorbereitet noch überhaupt in der Säuberung. Mit einigen anderen Gästen mit demgleichen Problem haben wir den Support kontaktiert, die uns auch nicht richtig helfen konnten. Nach einer ewigen Wartezeit hat uns eine Dame beim Support (um 16:40 Uhr) unser Zimmer zugewiesen, sodass ich es öffnen konnte. Dort fanden wir dann 2 Putzkräfte vor die gerade erst anfingen mit der...
