"Foi ótimo, me hospedaria novamente, mas alguns pontos de melhoria é que o banheiro não tem espaço para tirar ou trocar de roupa tendo que ser feito dentro do box, mas o box fica molhado dos banhos... Então é ruim isso. O café da manhã é bom, mas a reposição deixa a desejar. Sempre está faltando algo. Acaba o café ou todas as xícaras estão usadas ou acaba pratinhos, etc... Nos quartos seria legal ter ganchos pata dependurar as toalhas porque elas acabam ficando nas escadas das beliches. Recomendo...

"It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team. We had a maintenance person come three separate occasions - to which they reported that it worked in great condition. Finally after four days of asking to...
