Can't think of a negative thing to say about Hotel Bernerhof! We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and only wished we stayed longer in Interlaken. Found it to be very reasonably priced for high tourist season. Everyone from the front desk people to the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed to explore the area everyday and come back for a good night's rest. The view from our balcony was amazing, the shower worked well and the AC was efficient to cool us down in the heat of August. Location cannot be beat, right across from the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 min walk) and smack in the middle of all shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again!

Walking distance to the train station, Interlaken West. Nice breakfast. Location is Central. Our room was economical, clean and just right for our needs. Also a very quiet room with its own balcony overlooking the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Each room in the hotel seems to have its own balcony offering beautiful views. We enjoyed our short stay.

Our stay at the Hotel Bernerhof was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was great. We were also very pleased with the location and the room, especially the balcony. And don't miss the rooftop deck, which seemed underutilized and has a great view. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Interlaken.

Reception staff were very helpful on arrival and during the stay. Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom, including a kettle, and free coffee from the reception area. Thought was a good standard for a 3 star. Homely and comfortable stay, with reasonable breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: friendly and very helpful staff, location (close to grocery and very close to beautiful towns), very clean and ok breakfast! Cons: not much but the main thing was the very smelly hallway they have from the back door that leads to the reception. My son would cover his nose everyone we would have to walk through there to get to the car.
