"The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). "Room is fairly large, cleanliness is okay, staff were just average (not what you'd expect from a 4 star and famous chain like Oakwood). Location is not very convenient except if you want proximity to Gleneagles hospital which is about 1.4km away."
