"This unit was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. We arrived to dirty bathrooms and the kitchen needed to be scrubbed down, countertop, appliances and floor all needed to be cleaned. There was hair on the couch so we covered it with a sheet so we could sit down. The shades in the upstairs bedrooms didn’t function so we had street lights in our eyes all night. We sent some of our group somewhere else to stay. They did offer to send in someone to clean but by then we’d cleaned ourselves. We...

"Our stay at the hotel was overall very good. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciate the hotel providing not only shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel, but lotion for use. The employees were mostly friendly and helpful. My husband and I did not eat the breakfast but did enjoy the coffee provided down in the breakfast area. Very good coffee! "Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer."
