"This property was centrally located to all the tourist sites and metro for getting around DC. Our first time to DC and we picked the right place to stay. The room was very quiet and bed was nice for sleeping. Would recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"I was very surprised with a room. The deluxe room is pretty small, the bathroom set up is not very well done at all. You will find the smallest sink ever with little countertop. On a positive side great breakfast and coffee."

"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."

"Staff is nice, but smoking weed in the back. That smell wafted up into the room I was staying in on the 2nd fl. The hallways smell like those really strong air fresheners they put in Ubers. The lighting is garish. Hallways are really dim. The only light in the bathroom is connected to the bathroom fan, which is about the loudest one I've ever heard. Oh, and the mattress is covered in plastic. Just seedy as all get out. That said, it is a pretty building from outside. Enjoy it from the street."
