Eneko nos ha explicado lo que es ser pastor y el proceso del queso Idiazabal con detalle y detenimiento. Producen el mejor queso idiazabal que hemos probado en un proceso 100% artesanal. Es un Baserri que lleva en la familia Goiburu 200 años. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable que sin duda repetiremos!"
