Mostly great service except for one time when the host decided to seat someone who came much after us before us and then insisted they came before. Rooms are small but comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful . There is only one small elevator.

Great hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Inverness. Nice friendly staff and room was spacious and clean. We didnt have breakfast there but it looked good too. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed at the River Ness Hotel and it was amazing all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even organised a trip on Loch Ness and booked a taxi for us.Beautiful and clean everywhere and bed was so so comfortable didn’t want to get up😊especially with black out curtains.. Everything is on the doorstep with some amazing bars with live music , all the shops are close by as is the railway station and bus station ..Can’t rate this hotel enough and we will definitely be back again.Thank you for everything including my partners birthday card and chocolates it was very kind .. Well done River Ness Hotel keep up the hard work.

Nice hotel in a great location, walkable to key sights in Inverness. Enjoyed our stay. Ate out so can't rate breakfast. Their hall lights are motion triggered which is great eco initiative but unnervingly dark. I would keep at least some low lights on to help guests feel secure.

Over priced. It’s somewhere we wouldn’t stay again. Nothing particularly good or terrible about it, but for the price and compared to every where else we were staying over our 3 weeks traveling in Scotland, this was our least favorite. Value for money & experience didn’t add up. Staff were nice enough.
