Large room, comfortable bed, nice towels. Great value would stay again
I loved the hotel style. Charm of days gone by. Loved the main staircase to the rooms. My room was small but well set out. Single room still had separate bathroom toilet. Nicely furnished. The reception area and lounge was very welcoming. Close to train station.
This was the cutest hotel with so much character. The parking was rough as they only have a few spots but the car park was close by. The room and hotel were always clean and the staff was very friendly.
The lobby was impressive, staff friendly and hotel restaurant had excellent selections for vegan or vegetarian meals. Public parking was nearby. And the hotel is pet-friendly. We would come back again.

Front desk was attentive and got us into a queen room. Convenient location near food and shopping. Loved all the books
The staff was great & the hotel is right beside the train/bus station. In addition, it is a jewel box from the 1800s. It's old, but charming as all get out. The price is good too.
Highly interesting things to see and do in the lobby area (chess! books!), as well as the art and historical lithographs adorning the walls in hallways and in our room. Wonderful accommodations. And so close to the railway station and fun restaurants, including The McGregor Bar.
The property location is outstanding as I traveled by train. Its central location makes walking around very convenient. Dozens of nearby dining options as well.
Our stay here was pleasant and comfortable and we had a nice view of the Square and unicorn statue from our room. Our room did not include meals so I cannot comment on the quality of the food, we ate at a lovely cafe around the corner. The area is very walkable and convenient. Would stay here again. We did have to park down the road away at a paid car park as there was very little parking on site.

Nice place and the proximity to the train station couldn’t be better unless it was actually in the station! I would stay again but the hotel could use updating. One of the rooms had some heating issues but was later relocated to a different room and the issue was resolved. However, the breakfast could use some work, the eggs were not very good and the baked goods a little dry.

This property has seen better days, but is very conveniently located near the train station.
This property is conveniently located next to the train station. It has an elegant feel to the lobby and dining areas, the rooms on the top floor had an old hotel feel which added to the charm. The grand staircase is classic. It is located within walking distance to dining, shopping, River Ness and bus station. The staff were very friendly.
