"No AC in the bathroom, so it creates a lot of moisture in the restroom and the main room, since they're separated by only a light sliding door. Also, it's very noisy in the morning, and you can hear all the traffic from outside in the room."

"We wanted to kayak and it called for rain and even though it didn’t rain the staff would not bring out the kayaks even though it was our last day. Very disappointed.
The events could use a more lively atmosphere. Went to a margarita party there was no music. It really was more of an event to get people to sign up for timeshares which was not shared and there was no effort to make it fun.
Everything is way over priced. Would have purchased more if prices weren’t so high. We left resort for more...

"Front desk person made an upgrade worth accepting. Hotel is close to Barbara Mann performing arts center which is what brought me to town. Everything clean and quiet despite what appeared to be a young men’s baseball team stopover. Everyone was respectful. Did not eat there so I don’t know about food."
