"There was no air conditioning in any of the hallways except the 1st floor. Our room had air but smelled like mold. After returning to our room from the beach we were informed that the water was off for 3-4 hours so no shower. My husband suffers from Barriets so we needed 2 more pillows the hostage looked in back no pillows she said the other pillows where in storage on top floor didn’t want to go up there so she went into another room that she had to move people they needed a walk in shower...

"Location was easy to find, convenient for our purposes. Pool area and patio were nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Never had any direct interaction with staff beyond the check in process. Only negative thing was the ice machine didn't work."
