"We booked this villa in January for our 25th wedding anniversary. Communication was none existent with the property. We arrived late at night to find someone else had booked the villa and we had to stay temporarily in a hotel. The next morning I had to spend over half an hour on the phone trying to arrange alternative accommodation. This property was available at the time of booking on three different web sites so not sure how our booking was cancelled. Don't think I will ever use expedia...
