Gostei muito da experiência. Os atendentes são atenciosos e gentis, o quarto é muito confortável e o café da manhã é maravilhoso! Em alguns momentos, tive alguns problemas para liberar com o cartão a porta do quarto. Além disso, algumas toalhas e roupas de cama pareciam estar meio manchadas. No entanto, foi uma boa estadia. Me hospedaria novamente no local.

O chuveiro do quarto estava estragado, não saia água e a pouca que saía estava gelada. Não solicitei a transferência do quarto, como sugerido pela recepcionista quando relatei o ocorrido, porque chegamos as 3:00h da manhã e estávamos muito cansadas. Realmente foi uma experiência bem ruim. Sugiro que o hotel sempre verifique os itens básicos antes de alocar os hóspedes.

Quarto tenebroso

Hospedagem terrível, ainda mais pelo preço que não corresponde ao nível do quarto. A janela fica totalmente bloqueada por um anteparo metálico que abriga uma espécie de área técnica com vários condensadores de ar-condicionado. Mas o pior não é a sensação de enclausuramento, mas o ruído excessivo dos equipamentos. É praticamente impossível dormir à noite. Só não saí do hotel e solicitei o estorno porque cheguei de madrugada muito cansado.

Bom hotel

O quarto é confortável, a ducha do banheiro é ótima. Muito bom o café da manhã. As duas únicas observações são o ar condicionado, pois nos pareceu que o filtro precisa ser lavado / limpo, pois voltamos com a rinite atacada e que algumas das recepcionistas não tiveram um atendimento cortês. A quem dessas questões, um hotel muito bom, bem localizado e com estacionamento.

Diminuiram o quarto e o conforto. Quarto e Banheiro muito pequenos. Parece que redividiram 2 quartos criando 3. Quando você toma banho o banheiro fica todo molhado, vidro com abertura e passa muita agua. Ja me hospedei varias vezes, mas essa sem duvida a pior. Fiquei no quarto n° 200. (PÉSSIMOOOOO)
