Sea view room

Very friendly service and we were given a lovely corner room with a sea view of Playa Brava. Good facilities generally - TV with some english channels, good breakfast included, very nice outdoor heated swimming pool, free parking underneath the hotel, good air conditioning, bath and shower. Only detraction was the WiFi which worked well in public areas but not well in our room. Easy to walk to the beaches and cafes and restaurants. All in all a very good stay.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE

The air condition was not working, the safe box was not working. I had to open the window for air, could not sleep bcaz of noise since i open the window. After reaching home i had to sleep 12 hours to recuperate.

Tive uma ótima experiência durante minha estadia. O hotel é muito bem localizado, facilitando o acesso a diversos pontos de interesse da cidade. Além disso, o quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade durante toda a hospedagem. A equipe também foi atenciosa e prestativa, o que tornou minha experiência ainda melhor. Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo para quem busca qualidade e praticidade.

Al ingresar al hotel la atención en la recepción no fue la mejor, nos dieron una habitación con vista a l ciudad y loq reservamos fue vista al mar, nos hicieron el cambio pero fue luego de reclamar, siendo que había habitaciones con vista al mar. Duante las dos mañanas que estuvimos en el hotel tocaron a la puerta temprano para preguntar si hacían el aseo. No fue una buena experiencia. Una lastima

El lugar es agradable, aunque creo que pueden mejorar el aspecto. Las fotos son MUCHO MEJORES que la realidad, y la realidad es buena o normal solamente. Tienen buen desayuno, las habitaciones son confortables, pero el entorno está muy feo.

HOTEL SIN AGUA

llegamos y el hotel estaba sin agua !!! obviamente no nos quedamos , pero se negaron a reembolsar la tarifa , lo que encontre una sinverguenzura!!! Como siguen existiendo estas normas hoteleras que operan a favor del hotel y no protejen al cliente, es un abuso por parte de hoteles diago de almagro

Decepcionado del Hotel , si bien la habitación es cómoda en espacio como la del hotel de Arica , el aseo malo , el baño antiguo con Tina , lavamanos sin tapa muy mal olor , cama cómoda , desayuno medio pobre , aseo en los pasillos malo una experiencia muy distinta a Arica y los otros de la cadena que conozco

Decepción.

La verdad es que ya habíamos estado antes y por eso lo volvimos a elegir, pero nos desilusionamos mucho dado que, el primer día el baño, a pesar de que se veía limpio, tenía olor a orina; se había cortado la luz en el sector y el generador sólo permitía luz en los pasillos y salas en común, no en las habitaciones y esa fue la explicación que me entregó la persona en recepción y que llegaría la luz alrededor de las 2 de la madrugada, que ellos no podían hacer nada más. finalmente, no me respetaron el valor calculado en la oferta entregada por ustedes y me cobraron mucho más de lo estipulado, lo que creo, no valió la pena, porque además, es muy ruidoso, se escucha en la habitación cómo se grita el personal a las 7 de la mañana, cuando uno quiere descansar y hay un colegio al frente en que ensayaron durante la tarde después de las 18:00 hrs. y no dejaron descansar. Por último, el personal en recepción es muy poco cordial y distante.

Estadía bien. Lo mejor el desayuno. Lo peor, recepcionistas poco amables, falta de sanitización en comedor, estacionamiento sujeto a disponibilidad y falta de conciencia ecológica ( lavado diario de toallas aún cuando no se solicita).
