"The rooms were clean and everything in the room worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub worked and was clean. The breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast room kept it clean and orderly. This place acted like they wanted our business and they earned it, I would stay again."

The staff were accommodating and professional. Highly recommend taking the Amtrak to Glennwood Springs. It’s 100 foot walk to the hotel. "

"In general, my reviews are short. But this hotel is outstanding, from the time you place 1 feet here, an almost personalized service is provided. Yes, the facility is not next to a sky center, 15-30 min. But the modern facility and amazing restaurant (4.8 stars) just treat you better and better. The service of the rooms is outstanding, everyday everythign clean and organized. Nice facilities and the people that work here are ALL amazing. Congratulations.
