"Place is cute in a great location. The shower floors are slimy and need a good scrubbing. Stayed several weeks so started taking our own cleaner and scrubber to clean the shower floor before using. Overall whole place could use a good deep clean but is okay. The require a physical card only to run even with special instructions and permissions added on Expedia. We booked all of our travel on one card and every other hotel ran that card to our presence whether it was physically present or not....

"Hotel is like a maze. Certain elevators connect only to certain rooms. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing. Stained glass windows are sagging out of their frames and there is gum in the window wells on the 4th floor. Lobby is beautiful, but fireplace puts out no heat and it's cold in there. "Clean, old school, very good value for the area"

"It was a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and nice bed. I personally can not stand all the pets allowed EVERYWHERE in the hotel!!!"

"Room was poorly lit and well worn, with broken tiles in the bathroom. Something black was on part of the ceiling and beds were uncomfortable. Door didn’t always catch to shut and we had to giggle the handle to get it to work. Room was spacious, but that is the only positive thing we can say about it."
