Khách sạn Isanti

"I wish it was better. The location was amazing! None of the door keys worked in everyone's room door, it was a struggle to get in each time. The front desk lady even struggled to help us in and several others in our group. Our drain in the shower was not draining so the front desk had to dump chemicals down the drain while we were there. Also, the tools used to clean out the drain were left in our bathroom. The hot tub was not working and was shut down. The carpet in our room had stains all over...

"Clean room and good rate for the room."

"It was clean. I had an Amazing time! Thank you"

"Clean room and helpful staff."

"Clean rooms and the employees were super helpful!"

"The hotel was modern, comfortable & friendly staff. Easy access to shopping & restaurants"

"Hotel was fine. WiFi was an issue as it kept dropping the connection every hour or two."

"For its price, very spacious room, cleanliness, amazing staff, room with microwave and refrigerator, is a really am amazing deal. Highly recommended and we will keep coming back. A special bonus and pleasant surprise is the magnificent sunrise in the parking lot. This is also close to the various places that we want to visit. Maybe, point of recommendation is just to change the beige carpet of the room because it looks a bit outdated. Overall, I will still give this an excellent review."

"The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful."

"The bathroom did not have grab bars in the shower. My husband has balance issues & it was tricky to get in & out of the shower. Also both mornings in the breakfast area the ran out of pancake/waffle batter. It is a favorite for a lot of people. The staff did refill it once we told them."

"We had a very comfortable stay with them. We didn't use any of the amenities except the continental breakfast as we were too exhausted from our traveling. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The pool looked inviting and felt a very comfortable temperature but we were too tired to go in. The elevator worked great and they have a few carts to help bring your luggage to your room. All in all it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in and we will go back there when we go to that area...

"Great place. Wish they had EV chargers."

"The property parking lot entrance is not lit with just a small sign by road so can easily drive by. There is no elevator to second floor so may be hard if you have a big suitcase or impaired if no main floor available. The facet in sink area in my room was not clean and I used my Clorox wipes to clean it. Breakfast is marginal at best with pre-formed round scrambled eggs and sausages to heat. Coffee okay. Front desk misted charge twice by a very large amount causing me to spend time on my phone...
