"La chambre était très propre, même si assez désuète. Il manque quelques petits équipements (bouilloire, café thé) et nous avons manqué de savon à la fin du séjour, non remplacé malgré nos demandes. "This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. "Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. "

"Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner).
