Lovely big apartment on a very well kept complex. Will definitely stay again. loved being so close to the hypersldino for fresh pastries for breakfast and a few minutes walk down to the strip. Very central location.

Great hotel

We had a fantastic stay staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day. There was a washing machine that included washing powder in the charge. Reception was great on arrival so we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great location & well kept. Tiled in pool need to be fixed/replaced. Huge restaurant but don’t seem to want people to use it- no signs with opening times, menus etc- such a pity.

Cinco Plazas was in a great location - very walkable to the beach and restaurant area. The staff was great and very friendly. There were lots of amenities- very nice pool area. The breakfast was our favorite - it was delicious and very plentiful! The rooms were very spacious and well equipped for cooking although the furnishings were a little sparse. Overall it was a very good place to stay with easy access to the airport as well as other attractions. I would stay there again. It is a good 3.5 star resort - but no complaints at all!!

Cinco plazas was in a great location, friendly staff and average facilities. Can see why won awards 10-20 years ago but tired now and in need of an upgrade. Everywhere was very clean. Parking nearby was not easy.

Great value appartment. Well equipped and plenty of room. Parts were a little tired with wear and tear, but to be expected given the price. As with most accommodation in lanzarote you hear your neighbours due to tiled floors and the lack of soft furnishings.

Have stayed in better hotels. Hotel is average - good location and clean enough. However biggest let down is staff - unhelpful and unapproachable. Apart from entertainment staff that we couldn’t fault! They were great. However reception and bar staff left a lot to be desired. Also had a problem with cockroaches. Lastly - only hotel I’ve ever stayed in on the island in 20+ years that I’ve had to set my alarm to get a sunbed! Good and bad points - depends on your compromise!

Nice hotel close to the beach and restaurants, good grocery shop nearby. The room was quite big and had everything we needed. The only thing that was a bit weird was the phone ringing at different times during the day, only two or three signals but it was disturbing especially at night.

Lovely huge apartments with pool view. Ours was on the first floor, and we had a massive balcony area out front. The complex is popular with families, so there are lots of kids enjoying the pool areas, but it's pleasantly quiet after dark.

Cinco Plazas

We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent.
