"Pool area could be cleaner , dirty and smelly on a couple of occasions, walkways could be cleaned also . Rooms clean, beds in my room comfortable, bedsheets clean. "
"Rich in plants and scenic surrounds. A beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Just very expensive though. A few good discounts would be needed to go again."

Very commercial area but some great dining options to be had if you go off the beaten track. Worth hiring a car and seeing more of the island.

Puerto del Carmen has definitely upped its game. I came 10 years ago and it was looking a bit run down but looks an amazing place now

This end of PDC is in my opinion is much nicer it's very flat as well if people have mobility issues and a lovely long flat prom for your daily exercise or just a stroll after lunch. The area is very clean and tidy and seems safe.
