An added perk we didn’t even realize until arriving was that this house is associated with the Awa hotel brand and you get all the perks of the hotel that is within a 5 minute walk. "Place was great for the price, loves the staff. They help you with anything you need. If you need a bus to chiquila, a taxi to the very, or rent bikes or golf carts all day. The area is near lots of other restaurants and closest to punta mosquitos . The drinks were good loves the bar upstairs with the pool. Such a beautiful view. Not sure why people complain. It's great for the price ! "
