"Pretty much wonderful top to bottom. Huge room with full kitchen and gorgeous ocean view. Lovely, pristine grounds with lots of pools to choose from and a great white sand beach on which the sargassum is well managed. Tasty food; Zama, the central pavilion, has the best atmosphere. Mostly, the people were lovely. Never felt resented or tolerated. My guess is they pay their staff well enough. Happy staff = happy guests. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay off the Zona. Only caveat is you have to do the all-inclusive, otherwise (for Canadians) dinner will cost you like $300 a night and there are no other options close by except Subway and a taco stand by the ferry dock. Not a problem for us, but the exchange is a lot closer than it used to be. Also, bring a lot of sunscreen: the resort market charges $45 USD per bottle. But overall, amazing experience. I'd happily go back. "

"Everything about Atelier was exceptional. We highly recommend. The service really exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding too. For the morning buffet the servers would walk around with pastries fresh out of the oven. The warm chocolate croissants were to die for! The grounds were beautiful and everything was so well maintained. "

"We loved this resort! Beautiful grounds, great staff! Privelege is worth the upgrade. Beach is beautiful. The rooftop area to sunbathe has a bar, a pool and lots of beds. We enjoyed everything. Would definitely stay again!! Service was outstanding. "

"Service and overall facility was excellent. The staff are all really friendly and go our of their way to make the stay enjoyable. They are not overly intrusive which gave us the privacy we were looking for. "

"The property was beautiful, staff was great! The water park was lots of fun, the rooms are great except the beds are full and not queen. My only complaint was the food was very bland, didn’t love the buffet after a couple of days the same food is old. All the restaurants except the Italian one were great, if you want to eat at the steak house make sure you get there early they fill up quick. "
