Its a nice resort on awesome location everything is awesome some sitting places near the pool is to be paid that is not cone with all inclusive. Otherwise food is good need little bit more service. Room are well neat and clean.

Always love the Westin great staff, awesome pools, good food selection, & my favorite beach area to swim at in Cancun. The rooms were clean and nice can’t wait to come back.

Hotel Riu Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Stayed for 6 days. Room was nice but bed was springy and uncomfortable. Had issues with TV not working. Room temp was okay but couldn't get it cooler. A lot of food was buffet style and nice options. Staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful.
