"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the property is beautiful with a lot of potential since it’s still new. The rooms were comfortable, and some of the staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and provided excellent service.
However, there are several areas that need improvement. The biggest disappointment was the food. We tried three of the restaurants, and unfortunately, the quality of the food was below our expectations. Dinner was also inconvenient because there was no buffet available in the evening, leaving guests with only the restaurants as an option. As a result, we had to wait around 15 minutes before we could even be seated and eat. In addition, the room service menu was very limited, which made late-night dining even more challenging.
Another thing we found frustrating was being approached immediately upon arrival to discuss the “Premium Travel Application.” After a long and tiring journey, all we wanted was to check in and rest. While we understand that the hotel may want to promote its services, it would be much better if guests could choose to learn about these offers at a more convenient time rather than during check-in.
Lastly, while some staff members were exceptional and made us feel welcome, we noticed that a few others didn’t seem happy serving guests, particularly in the restaurants."
