"All espectacular, attention very good. But we had and incident about 10pm last night someone attempted to enter our room without any previous notice or warning, someone was truung to open the door with another key, I had to block the door from inside and ask
Twice, they only responded open the door which I did not, latter they said we are from Maintenance and left. We called security and front desk later about 10
Min they arrived an search the property. Hard to get some sleep after that.
On the positive side spa this morning was amazing !!! "

"The view was amazing, we were on the top floor. We got breakfast included and it the vouchers were always ready for us in the morning. The only thing my husband didn’t like is the key system because you leave the key at the front desk but he didn’t feel it was safe because he felt anyone could just walk up and say they are in our room, they didn’t validate that the key was ours. BUT besides that the room was lovely, staff were friendly and we had a blast! "

"We had the penthouse which had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved having the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. Staff were very nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We recommended it to people we met that were not staying at the hotel. We especially loved the fish and the "live cooking" pasta. The only negative was that there were not a lot of pool chairs so they filled up quickly but that makes sense for the size of the hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay! "
