"Clean room and convenient location "

"4-27-26 This room was reserved on Hotels.com because I’ve been to this location several years ago and it’s in a good location for my overnight work assignment. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was a strange chemical smell and it was very warm and stuffy from the lobby and down the hallway. The room itself was warm also because the A/C wasn’t on, it was off. I immediately turned it on and went to get some dinner because the vending machines were completely empty. After arriving from dinner, the room had barely cooled off but it was better than before but there was still a chemical smell. The bed was very hard and the pillows had a sour smell to them. Also, this is the first time I never seen a washcloth in any hotel bathroom or lavatory; just two bath towels. I don’t know what’s happening to this location but I don’t believe I’ll stay here again."

"The property needs a major rehabilitation. Carpet is very dirty and worn. Doors stick to the point it took two to force it open. Out of shampoo and desk did not have access to refils. Desk staff unable to give food recommendations in the area stating she does not know the area. Over all very sorry we picked this location for our stay."

"Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold in the corners of the shower. There’s mold on the piping underneath the sink. It’s literally everywhere. Stay literally anywhere else."
