"The hotel is convenient to the Craignure ferry. It was very nice, updated, quiet and very clean. Staff were lovely. We had reserved a room with 2 town beds. When we arrived it was a single king. The front desk person was very accommodating and had housekeeping change the bed over to 2 twins while we were having dinner. We had a small view of the water with Lismore lighthouse in the distance. "

The location is it's biggest pull, set quite high above town, with simply stunning views from frontal elevations.The welcome and general ambience proved pleasant and the public areas comfortable, tasteful and pleasing. Our (rear) bedroom was a relatively easy climb up the wide staircase to the first floor. It proved just adequate. Furnishings were functional, but a tad utility and tired, as were fixtures / fittings...
