"Pros: I liked that the hotel was close to the beach, and they offered a shuttle if you didn’t want to walk. The pool was also a nice feature. Cons: The biggest issue was the housekeeping and overall cleanliness. The hallways were often dirty, with garbage left on the ground. Our room was rarely properly serviced. We repeatedly asked for fresh towels and still wouldn’t receive them. The cleaners also wouldn’t take out our trash. We would even bag it, tie it up, and leave it outside our door to...
