"The room was immaculate with excellent fixtures in the bathroom. The window unit was a wee loud but it kept us cool day and night. The fridge worked well and looks adorable. The (free) laundry was great too. There are two washers and two dryers. "

"I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again"

"The breakfast was fresh, would be nice to have bacon. Some of us do not eat sausage. Parking was gated that was closed at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice had a full kitchen for staying for a long time. We will stay here again."

"Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. As of April ‘26, they are still in construction on the first floor for the rebrand. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are complete and well done. I didn’t encounter any...

Minor things would have taken our visit over the top: we didn’t use the shower, but it could have used some updating (maybe tile and a glass door), the pillows would not stay fluffed, so we needed 2 to bring our heads to the right level (pretty common for hotels given how often they’re used) and fixing tank on toilet - it was pretty loud when it...

"Staff was helpful and very friendly. Property was well kept and maintained. Beds where horrible. Thin queen size mattress in bedroom were horrible. The pull out bed was also thin and horrible. I would figure a suite would have better mattress then that. I am sad to say I will not be staying here for my next trip. "

"The hotel is in very good shape and has a nice classic look to it. If you’re going to a convention there it is very convenient, however, if you’re visiting to see downtown it is a little out of the way for walking. Everything else is first rate."
