When we got there there was no water due to floods the day before. Then when we got water there was no pressure and then there was no hot water and we lost electricity for a bit. All this happened in the 3 days we will there. But….the staff was amazing absolutely 10 Stars amazing. The location is perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

The room was not as pictured, there were some minor issues, such as the toilet not always flushing, the shower profusely leaking and some repairs are needed. The location is central to lots of good tourists activities we were fairly happy with that.

Our room was warm even in winter. The room had a washing machine and a kitchen with kitchenware, so you could cook and wash your clothes. Actually, it wasn't really a room, let's call it a small house. Everything was wonderful, thank you, I will definitely come again.

Not even close for what I saw the picture on line studio was way too small for 3 people we couldn’t move in it also we had a problem with the staff because he didn’t understand any thing I wish I can post reall pictures for it I didn’t recommended for any body yes there is couple of the.staff was very nice and helpful but otherwise nothing was good broken walls inside room and floor shower not good not even a hanger for towel lighting is poor

I booked 'Frame Luxury Apartments' through Expedia, but the property was called Frame Galata Hotel which was confusing. The location was excellent and the room was clean, but those were the only real positives. The room was much older and more worn than the listing photos suggested. The furnishings, including the chandelier, were different, and the basic bed creaked loudly with even the slightest movement which made it hard to sleep. There was nothing luxurious about the accommodation. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The toilet flush didn't work properly (sometimes it would work and sometimes it won't), and the bathroom flooded whenever I tried to shower, making it impossible to shower normally. I repeatedly asked staff to fix these problems, but they couldn't identify the issue with the flush. It only started working on the morning of our departure, after a four-night stay of dealing with this. I kept on having to use bathrooms in restaurants. What a nightmare! On my behalf Expedia requested another room, but the hotel was fully booked. Changing hotels at short notice would have been expensive and inconvenient, so we had little choice but to stay. We also never received any breakfast. Overall, despite the great location, this was a very disappointing stay. A functioning toilet and shower should be the bare minimum. The property needs to update its photos and address its maintenance issues, cause what they have currently is super misleading.
