“The service was great, but the hotel needs maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and have a bad smell, and the breakfast is very poor with nothing international.

Hotel was in a good central location for our needs. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable or helpful when it came to questions about attractions in the area. However when checking out and needing a cab, one of the doorman offered to call one for us. However we soon realized he was scamming us by calling a “friend” who needed 20 minutes to arrive and who wanted 20 Euros for a trip that should cost about 5 Euros. We simply walked to the corner and immediately hailed a yellow taxi that took us to our destination at a standard/cheaper metered rate.
