Very cut hotel with a really nice staff

Front desk was very helpful They even upgraded me to a bigger room without any extra charge Room is not the biggest but devoted with a good taste The bed is very comfortable Love the bathroom though

It’s not what I was expecting, nobody cared if my room is clean or if I needed clean towels. No room service. I had to go downstairs looking for clean towels by myself. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience compared with the price I paid

Merkezi konumu, kalitesi ve temizliği çok iyiydi. İstanbul seyahatlerimde mutlaka öncelikli tercihim olacak. Çarşının bu kadar içinde olup bu kadar kaliteli bir otel olması beni şaşırttı. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Duş, tuvalet yerleri çok pisti. Farklı insanların kılları mevcuttu yerlerde, odama girmeyin dediğim halde odama girilmiş ve temizlik yapılmıştı. Havlular lekeli olduğu için değiştirmek istediğimde yardımcı oldular fakat bu sefer de içime sinmedi (temiz gözükseler de ) .
