The hotel is in an excellent location - literally round the corner from the blue mosque. The hotel room is lovely with a nice view of the sea and we were fortunate to see a beautiful sunrise every morning. The staff were amazing super helpful and hospitable, they helped us with eveything including gettjng around the city and to and from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel - we had a lovely experiemce.

Every single staff member was so kind and generous, they gave us gifts and great advice, they answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. Our stay at Zeyn Otel was lovely! From the moment we checked in we were treated with the utmost respect. Aslan, who was working at the time, went through a whole map of the area and gave tips and tricks to get around. The staff is readily accessible and very responsive on WhatsApp. The hotel is in a good location that is walkable to most major sites. We felt completely safe walking at night back to the hotel and to our tours. Absolutely recommend this gem of a place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint, clean hotel. Elias was kind and very helpful with a map and information when we arrived. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I loved the area and close proximity to many sites, -but there are hills to climb. We are happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Zeyn Otel. The staff were absolutely amazing—so caring, friendly, and always willing to help. They really made me feel at home. They even showed us on the map which places were worthwhile to visit and how to use the metro card. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was provided but we weren't early eaters but had a array of food to choose from. The location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar, while still being in a quiet spot. Overall, a lovely hotel with great hospitality. We'll definitely stay here again!
