"The workers were very friendly and accommodating. When arriving to the room, they called to make sure everything was to my fathers’ liking. The breakfast was well-stocked and had everything you could want. The hotel was overall clean and the staff were welcoming and spoke multiple languages, including English."

"This hotel is amazing, and the staff are truly fabulous. I will never forget this hotel, especially the housekeeping team, who are honest, caring, and highly professional in the way they treat their guests. I will definitely keep coming back every time I visit Türkiye."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable👎. The bed linens had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched👎. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones.👎 I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view.👎 In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very good,👍 the staff were polite and respectful👍, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent👍and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10."
