"Quite a nice hotel - with a couple of issues. No phone in the room - when I tried to call them to get a password for the internet on my mobile it rang out - so a walk down to the front desk that should have been offered at the outset - or on a sign or card in the room. No tissues in the bathroom - the cleaners neglected to refresh the tea bag supply or wash the cups. Little things that add up to an ordinary review. On the upside the shower was great, the bed comfortable and the sauna a delight."
