"O hotel é bom, boas acomodações e limpeza. Porém, o serviço de pessoal deixa muito à desejar. A impressão que dá é que o cliente é um intruso, que não deveria estar ali se hospedando. Tive a impressão que estavam me fazendo um favor ao médico receber. E não pedi nada extra do que havia."
