"Very nicely renovated place. Swimming pool is awesome. Really safe and clean place. I believe that they have just started with a new consept after renovation. That's why they are still a couple of things they should rethink: restaurant is not always open for lunch and dinner - so you have to drive somewhere to eat. There should be a fridge in the room if the restaurant/bar is not open to get something to drink or eat. One evening the restaurant was open and dinner was great"

"Beautiful hotel, grounds and staff. Made for the perfect base to discover Amalfi coast, Pompeii and an easy train to Rome. The pool is fantatsic and open until late, great for a quick refresh after a hot day exploring this part of Italy. Our junior suite room in the main building with views of the mountain, the grounds, the pool, Naples and even a bit of the sea was beyond our expectations."

"Wonderful stay for our family of 4 at this delightful property at La Sovana, where the food is delicious, the staff and owners are welcoming, the views are breathtaking and the grounds are immaculate. We enjoyed playing tennis and walking around the grounds, the kids enjoyed the playground and of course the swimming pool was bliss for all. Truly one of our best holidays so far, we can't wait to be back"

"Hotel stay was great, we booked last minute and the Director was very informative and helpful with our parking and recommendations for the stay. We particularly liked the accommodating breakfast they served via the open kitchen and also the boutique feel the hotel and pool gave off. The free taxi to the hotel was also a really winner for us which took us right into the centre of Verona and back later on. Great restaurant recommendations from the Director herself! Superb! "

"It's hard to imagine you can call staying at a property with the nightly rates that are being charged here as good value, but amazingly it is. This is by far the best property I have ever had the joy of staying at, the attention to detail is second to none. "This is such a wonderful hotel in the middle of the country to forget about everything and immerse into the real Tuscany. The food in the restaurant is excellent, their Manager Stefano is such a great guy and makes you feel as part of the family, his dog is adorable and all the staff is just incredible! We had the perfect summer vacation during the 4 days we spend in the property that we didn’t even went outside of it for a full day, just chilling in the pool and having a great time! Recommended...
