"Overall we thought the hotel was good, we enjoyed the stay. It does say hostel, but we didn’t feel like we were staying in a hostel. It’s right next to the metro as well so easier to get around. "

"The place is about 7 mins walk from the no 9 tram to Metro Centrale. Quiet neighbourhood. Safe. Clean. Best part of the stay is going on a Lake Como tour with a smart funny guide called Emanuel. He’s good at reading the room, attentive, catered to our every need and knew not to tell us too many boring history. We have had so many animated entertaining conversations; alleviating the outing the most enjoyable one I had in Italy. Highly recommend Emmanuel to anyone who wants to see Italy. Thank you...

"Overall the Alessandro was good! We enjoyed our private room. The location is great with restaurants right outside the front door. The front desk people were very helpful at all times. We didn’t love shower pressure was so harsh it sprayed water all over our bathroom even with the curtain. But overall would stay again. "
