"Hotel is beautiful, well located and the staff is attentive and helpful. The room is a bit small, which is expected for hotels in Japan so maybe look for bigger room options if you are traveling with multiple, big luggage. "

"Location was okay. Not too far from the major sights. I was sneezing the whole stay. I looked under the bed and it was covered with dust bunnies. Inexcusable and disgusting. The laundry room consists of 2 washers and 2 (ineffective) dryers. Getting to an available washer was like the hunger games. The previous occupant kept having to run an extra dryer cycle since it wasn't sufficiently drying the clothing, so there was always a backlog. The breakfast was overpriced and mediocre quality. They offered a wide range of average items, including ice cream. It was sufficient to fool children. The coffee station in the lobby was pretty good though. The hotel got the job done, but lackluster in comparison to other Japanese properties and I wouldn't stay here again."

"Good location and short walk to the nearest train station and Family Mart convenience store. Smallish rooms but was good to have two interconnecting rooms for talking two adults and 2 kids. Nice breakfast options of western and Japanese. We recommend this hotel! "

"A truly exceptional stay at Four Seasons Osaka. We booked a corner suite, which comfortably slept four—perfect for a family, with generous space and thoughtful layout throughout. The shower and bath with a view from the 32nd floor are incredible - a once in a lifetime experience. The pool is a standout feature, with absolutely incredible views that make it hard to leave, and every restaurant we experienced was impeccable—both in cuisine and setting, with stunning views that elevate the entire dining experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff were consistently attentive and accommodating, anticipating needs before we even had to ask. One moment that really captured this: they personally went to the train station to purchase tickets for us, allowing us to spend our day relaxing and exploring rather than running errands. An outstanding combination of luxury, service, and thoughtful detail—we wouldn’t hesitate to return."
