The twin room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Amenities were adequte. The staff were excellent at communicating in English, friendly and efficient. This accommodation was also 2 stops away from Umeda, was easy to find, quick and easy to get to and from with trains. Many convenience stores around as well. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here, the room was big and the area was nice and quiet compared to the busy city. The breakfast option was so nice! We loved the food! And we also loved how close it was to the stations and the staff were very kind and friendly. They held our luggage so we can to explore Osaka Castle after we checked out, will definitely recommend!!

This no-frills business hotel offers great value. It's relatively new and located just one block away from Nishinakajami-Minamigata Station on the Midosuji Line, making it easy to get around Osaka. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the front-desk uncle who was mentioned in a few negative reviews. He provided great service, was incredibly professional, really patient with us, and his English was absolutely excellent. I would definitely consider staying at the hotel if I were to visit Osaka again.

The room was small but spacious enough for two people for a few days. The breakfast was good with enough options for vegeterian visitors as well. The bed was a bit hard for our taste and we shouldve gotten a room with a larger bed. Train station is very close and it got us around very well.

Room is big and comfy the staff is very nice and accommodating. Just like 5 min walk to station that goes straight to the tourist areas. Lots of convinis near and food. 7min walk to the bullet train station! Beds are good but pillow hard as a rock lol for me. Has two floors with laundry and dryer which is so convenient. Had ice and vending machines too. They also helped me transfer my luggage to the next hotel!

Our room was very small (with a tiny bathroom). For the price we paid - maybe we should have expected it, but it was still uncomfortable. The service was friendly, and the location is good - 8 minutes walk to the Shin-Osaka station.

Simple stay, needed things are provided for a Japanese Hotel. As we had a corner room, the room felt more spacious but not sure if the other rooms were the same built or not. Was able to open up a medium size suite case in the open space and still be able to move around without feeling crammed in. Room was clean and did not have any issues. Will keep in mind as a good hotel for my next visit to the area again.

The hotel is new and clean with a convenient location. I enjoyed my stay and will come back again. However they didnt clean my room and only gave me new towels. I was wondering how to dispose the trash as I was concerned about the smell during summer.

We appreciated the helpful staff and quiet room. The location was as expected which is not that near the centre but has access to both metro and JR. The bed was quite good. Cleaning was average as there were some hairs on the bed. The two problems were 1) the quilt is not big enough for two people and a second one could not be provided and 2) the breakfast which is kind of not nice at all and was really the bare minimum for a business hotel, the hotel could take influence from APA hotel breakfast which was much more fresh and delicious. We really do not recommend the breakfast. If the hotel can fix these two things it would be a better selection for 2 people. However, if you are a single person and don't want breakfast it could be a good choice.
