"Todo ano vou a Poços de Caldas, não conhecia o Hotel Imperador ainda e me surpreendi muito, tanto pelo preço, que é extremamente justo, quanto pela localização, que sem dúvidas é a melhor que já estive em Poços. Espero voltar depois da reforma que estão fazendo! Até o café da manhã, que normalmente é mais fraco aí na cidade, me surpreendeu. Eles estavam servindo cápsula de café, e eu como amante de café achei muito boa a iniciativa! "

Me colocaram em um quarto no andar em reforma e esta muito sujo, empoeirado. com muito custo me trocaram de quanto para um andar sem reforma. Mesmo nesse novo quarto que se diz superior as condições não eram as melhores. Travesseiros ruins e toalhas com mal cheiro. o Café da manha e a atendente do café é simples mas bom.
